The “hints and tips” feature on this website is excellent as it provides you with (as suggested) very helpful hints and tips when it comes to being an expat. People all over the world upload the tips and when clicked on, you get a brief summary/profile of the person, which makes it feel a lot more personal and genuine.
Expat Explorer is a fantastic blog, containing articles all based on being an expat. It’s a resource from HSBC Expat, featuring guest expat bloggers from across the world. The blog contains valuable and detailed articles on all areas of being an expat, from accommodation to shopping.
A great resource for any expat or anyone interested, as it has an extensive variety of in depth content on offer. This includes a long list of blogs that you can visit. Plus, what is really helpful is you can use the tags on the right hand side of the page to narrow your search down, which makes it a whole lot easier.
Another great section of the “Expat Explorer” website from HSBC. It’s an interactive page that allows you to choose different areas or requirements you have and allows you to compare them within different countries. With a very clear layout to it makes it very easy to use and understand.
