The 2009/10 Australian Budget has extended the highly successful First Home Owners Boost ( FHOB) for an extra six months to help more Australians into home ownership. It also seems that First Time buyers are favouring existing homes.

Life expectancy increases in New Zealand
According to Government Statistics a girl born in New Zealand can expect to live an average 82.2 years and a newborn boy 78.2 years. It also appears that women are giving birth at a later age. The median age now being 28 in 2009 compared with 25 in 1969.
