Step 1:
Contact us by phone or e-mail, giving basic details of move including destination if known and if your employer is paying for the move. With this information, the receptionist will be able to direct your call to the relevant department. Don’t worry if you don’t know all the details of your move yet (such as moving date etc.), just basic details will be fine.Step 2:
An international removals move manager will then be able to discuss your move with you and advise you about anything you need to know. They will then arrange with you for a surveyor to come to your property in order to determine the volume of your move. This will be at a mutually convenient date and time.

Step 3:
The surveyor will arrive at the agreed time at your residence. They will walk through your house with you, noting down items that you wish to take with you. This is so we are able to accurately estimate the size of the move. At this point, they will also advise you about items which you are not allowed to take because of customs regulations at your destination or how to prepare your items to be transported. After the surveyor has noted down this information, he will then discuss your requirements with you.
Step 4:
Your move manager will then use this information to work out a quotation for you which will then be posted or e-mailed to you. It will also contain storage rates if this has been requested. You should receive this quotation a few days after the survey.
Step 5:
After a few days we will call you to discuss the quote and to see if there any queries. We can then keep in touch with you as your situation develops with regular telephone calls.
Step 6:
When you are happy with the quotation, fill in the acceptance of quotation form and return it to us via post or e-mail. We will then proceed with further arrangements for your international move.
