RDF Television are making a new documentary about the arrivals halls of Heathrow airport. It will be a positive programme led by the stories of the people arriving back into Heathrow or touching down for the first time. They are looking to capture those magical moments when people have just come back from a life-changing trip, new experience, or being involved in an interesting event or project and are being re-united with family, friends or colleagues to tell all about their experience.
RDF Television will meet individuals or groups waiting for someone to arrive at Heathrow airport, invite them to speak directly and, in their own words, tell them who it is they’re waiting for and why this reunion is so important to them. They hope to capture the moment everyone is reunited, hearing a new perspective on the story from the people arriving as they tell us their side of the story and what this means to them.
Each episode will feature 8-10 stories, some of those will be expanded on by doing studio set up interviews following their return and at a time convenient for the contributors.
ARRIVALS puts real people’s lives front and centre – empowering them to tell their own tales in their own way – and every episode delivers multiple hits of happiness.
