Moving to Brisbane

The city is built around the twists and turns of the river which, along with the acres of parkland, give Brisbane an open, green feel. As you’d expect from the capital of Australia’s ‘Sunshine State’, temperatures rarely dip below double figures and there are an average of 8-9 hours of sunshine per day. Since hosting the 1982 Commonwealth Games, Brisbane has emerged from the shadow of her southern sisters and seen staggering growth both in economy and population.

Brisbane is now the driving force behind the booming Queensland economy and there are strong job opportunities in sectors such as engineering, IT and finance. Brisbane is a thriving city that offers great prospects and excellent quality of life to anyone moving down under.
