We will manage the sale of Assignees’ homes saving them time and allowing them to concentrate fully on their relocation.
Departure Service
When Assignees leave a country we will clear all the loose ends that are left behind. These may include cancelling the property lease; minor repairs and cleaning; co-ordination with the removal company; inventory checking; and negotiating the return of the deposit. We will also arrange the disconnection of utilities, forward final accounts and redirect mail.
