We can assist families in finding accommodation for purchase or rent.
After conducting an introductory interview our Relocation Manager will identify suitable
available properties that meet the needs of the incoming family. We can arrange the
lease or purchase negotiations with the selling agent, make sure that all domestic utilities
are in place and working, arrange that the property be fully prepared for the family's
arrival and conduct a check-in inventory.School search
Great importance is
placed upon finding the right school for the children to ensure they settle quickly into
their new environment. We will arrange school visits and interviews with principal teachers
with special emphasis on the individual educational needs of the children.
Orientation
days
We can offer daily orientation programs, which inform families and their
relatives about the new location including accommodation, schools facilities, transportation
and local communications.
Short term accommodation
Occasionally families or
assignees require short-term leased accommodation, we can arrange for this if given
advance notification of the assignee's requirements.
Settling in assistance
Often a family can use the assistance of an extra pair of hands to help settle into
their home. Helping with moving-in day, ironing and running various errands at this
busy time. We can arrange for this service which can prove very helpful.
Departure
service
When assignees are leaving, we can handle all aspects of their move such
as cancelling leases and utility contracts and carrying out repairs.
