If you are moving the entire contents of your house or the majority of furniture and household items from your house in Sheffield, a pre-move survey is the most accurate way to produce a quotation for you. A pre-move survey can be arranged at a convenient time for you and will take between 1-2 hours depending on the size of your house (the average time for a survey is 1.5 hours). The survey is also an opportunity for you to ask questions about your move, your Surveyor will be only to happy to assist. They will also provide you with the relevant customers information and timescale information among other details.

If you are only moving a few items, it may be possible to do a telephone survey is this is preferred. This can be arranged at your convenience.

When the results of the survey have been collected and the total volume to be shipped has been calculated, we will then prepare a quotation for you. We will then call you a few days after we have sent you the quotation to check that you have received all of the documents and that we have fully covered your requirements.

If you would like to accept the quotation, please complete the acceptance form and return to us. We can then advise you of the next stage in the process and begin to discuss timescales and moving dates with you.
